I focus on the male physique. I study anatomy, posture, and expression with attention. Every piece starts with reference. Sometimes a model. Sometimes a photo. Sometimes a sketch. I work deliberately. I watch how light hits the body, how shadows move, how proportions settle. The body has to feel exact, intentional. Each drawing records what I see. Records what I learn. It is about understanding, not decoration. Respect matters, especially when the body is nude and exposed to creating art. Every sketch adds to my knowledge of the male form.
